class madspace.IntegrandProbability(self: madspace._madspace_py.IntegrandProbability, integrand: madspace._madspace_py.Integrand)

Bases: FunctionGenerator

The sampling density of an Integrand at a given phase-space point.

Evaluates the probability with which the integrand’s adaptive samplers and channel selection would have produced a given point. Used to compute importance weights when replaying stored events.

Arguments

  • the latent coordinates and discrete indices of a stored point; see Integrand.

Returns

  • probability – float, shape (batch,) – the sampling density.
